Lark and I served as Region Advisors together during the first two terms of that office. We pioneered the role together! From the first year of the program, Lark has been instrumental in organizing an annual meeting of the RAs at the International Convention, where we discuss and provide our recommendations to TI for improving the RA program. Last year at the International Convention in Malaysia, Lark coordinated RAs from the 14 Regions to meet with Sally Newell-Cohen to discuss how we can support the RA role in the future. As a result, in 2014–2015 the past and current RAs have supported two TI initiatives—the Region Advisor Handbook and the Club Growth Director Handbook. Lark led the committee that developed the Club Growth Director Handbook. I led the committee that created the RA Handbook. I commend Lark on her vision for the continuing role of our Region Advisors and hope you will consider her candidacy for Second Vice President.

2006–2007 District 70 Governor
2010–2012 Region 12 Advisor
I am honored to endorse Lark Doley for the position of Second Vice President. Lark and I served on the Board of Directors together in 2004–2005 and I was impressed by her ability to see the big picture, what would be best for the organization going forward, and by her leadership ability in making sure everyone was heard and that decisions on our committee were made by consensus. As a Region Advisor, Lark again showed stellar leadership skills in working with her districts and later coordinating efforts behind the scenes to work on projects that would help future leaders. Again, Lark proved her business acumen to be amazing, and her insights prove she is definitely a servant leader. She is the leader we need going forward!

2011–2012 Region 4 Advisor
Add the qualities of hard work, dedication and determination to a personality of caring, listening and understanding and you have Lark Doley. She has the Midas Touch!

1996–1998 International Director
As a World Champion of Public Speaking, I customarily do not endorse candidates for any office; however, as a long-time friend and colleague of the candidate, I am delighted to make an exception in this case. Lark Doley and I worked side-by-side as Division Governors in 1993-1994 in District 56. We each pushed the other to achieve levels of success we may not have otherwise achieved. When either of us fell short of our goals, we commiserated. When either of us exceeded our goals, we celebrated. That, I suggest, is the definition of a true leader.
