Questions & answers
Why do you want to serve as an international officer?
First and foremost, I want to continue to serve the organization with humility and a continuous attitude of service to our members, clubs, districts, and regions. I want to continue our innovation, adding more online tools and resources to enhance the quality of the club and member experience, to develop more effective leaders by providing 360 degree leadership feedback through Learning Management System surveys, and to enhance our global marketing efforts.
In your opinion, what are Toastmasters International’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
Major objectives - club quality, leader quality, quality member experience, member and club retention and growth - I would promote the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) that will be part of the revitalized education program to support these objectives - to track submitted Club Success Plans, to track conducted Moments of Truth, to track mentor and member achievements, to implement 360 degree leadership evaluations, and to develop more online and marketing resources.
